JEDC's new Business Consulting Service can help - without emptying your business's pockets!

JEDC's Business Consultants work with your existing or expanding business through a process of confidential counseling and coaching. Once your business's specific need or problem has been identified, a consultant will work one-on-one with you to solve it. Counsel might center on revenue growth, cost analysis, market research, business planning, financing, expansion, customer service, marketing and sales, accounting and record keeping, human resources, and/or e-commerce.

Coaching can also increase your personal and business success by helping you to develop sound leadership capabilities, rediscover your passion, navigate changes in the global economy, become more efficient with your time and finances, manage your work load, clarify your goals, and achieve greater satisfaction within your business and personal life.

JEDC's Business Consulting Service features our own highly qualified professional staff as well as participating independent consultants with extensive consulting and entrepreneurial experience. Please fill out our Request for Consulting Services (PDF) and we will schedule an initial one-hour consultation with you free of charge. If you wish to continue with our services, the first phase offers up to 20 hours of consulting and coaching at the very low cost of $25 per hour. If you wish to go further, the cost in the second phase becomes $60 per hour for up to another 30 hours.
