Housing Solutions for Chronic Inebriates

The lack of affordable housing, chronic alcoholism, mental disorders and/or other health issues are factors that have led to a growing number of homeless or underprivileged citizens in our community.

In September 2011, JHC held meetings to assess the impact of of chronic innebriates, including the homeless on the community. Below is the draft report of those impacts, along with other presentations and programs about housing the most difficult of the homeless population
