Maureen Hall is member of the City & Borough of Juneau (CBJ) Assembly, representing District 2 since 2024. Maureen grew up on a cattle ranch in Eastern Oregon. She earned a BS in Nursing from Oregon Health Science
University and moved to Juneau 31 years ago as part of the mining community. Initially working part-time
while raising her family, she then embarked on a 17-year career as a school nurse with Juneau School District
before transitioning to a role as a school nurse consultant with the state.
Recently retired, she is now focusing on serving her community from her diverse background. For the past 9 years, Maureen has served as a board member and past president of St. Vincent de Paul, a non-
profit in our community serving our most vulnerable citizens. She currently manages the volunteer run aid
distribution program.
She enjoys cross-country skiing, reading, and most of all, spending time with her family, all living in Alaska with
three family members raising their families in Southeast.
