JEDC Offers Statewide Help for Wood Heating Projects
With support from the USDA Rural Business Enterprise Grant and the City and Borough of Juneau, JEDC continues to offer statewide technical assistance for rural small businesses wishing to develop or expand woody biomass fuels production for utilization in heating or combined heat and power systems. One-on-one and on-site assistance is available to develop feasibility studies and marketing plans, assess equipment and operating requirements, as well as evaluate fuel supply and demand.
