Luke Wild is a volunteer from Jesuit Volunteer Corps (JVC) Northwest, an AmeriCorps program. He is integral to JEDC in helping plan and organize our K-12 LEGO robotics tournaments throughout the state, assist with new team recruitment, run summer STEM camps and events, and provide ongoing support to individual coaches and their teams.
Luke was raised in Portland, Oregon by two former Jesuit Volunteers. He recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Western Washington University. He says any reservations about following in his parent’s footsteps were assuaged when he interviewed with JEDC.
