Sam is a proud Alaskan, born and raised in Juneau. With over 15 years of experience in accounting and auditing, he brings a wealth of expertise to the JEDC team. He has previously held positions such as Chief Financial Officer at Bartlett Regional Hospital and Accounting Manager & Controller at the City and Borough of Juneau. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Gonzaga University.
Sam is a dedicated family man, with two children ages 6 and 3 and a wife who works as a nurse at Bartlett Regional Hospital on the OB Unit.
