Sealaska provides major sponsorship for the 2021 Innovation Summit produced by the Juneau Economic Development Council, named as a Network Sponsor.

We invest in and operate businesses that improve the health of our oceans, maintain healthy homelands in Southeast Alaska, and benefit shareholder communities. Sealaska is an Alaska Native corporation formed in 1971 under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) – the largest land settlement in U.S. history. Through ANCSA, approximately 44 million acres of traditional homelands were returned to Alaska Natives in the form of 13 regional, for-profit corporations. Sealaska owns and manages 362,000 acres of land and has more than 22,000 shareholders.
